Canopy, Bicycle Shelter & Gutter Cleaning
Envo Facilities was commissioned to carry out specialist external cleaning services at NHS Regent Point, covering the site's canopy structure, bicycle shelter, and roofline gutters. These areas are exposed year-round to weather conditions, moss, algae buildup, and debris accumulation. To maintain site safety, appearance, and performance, a full deep cleaning programme was required.

Our Approach
Canopy Cleaning
The entrance canopy was cleaned using controlled water-fed systems and eco-friendly cleaning agents. All structural surfaces — including glazing, metal framing, and soffits — were restored to a clean and professional finish. This improved light transmission and reduced slip hazards caused by falling debris.
Bicycle Shelter Cleaning
The bicycle shelter received a full wash-down, including roof panels, framework, and surrounding ground area. Built-up algae, grime, and environmental residue were removed, ensuring a safer and more pleasant user experience.
Gutter Clearing
Gutters around the building were cleared of leaves, debris, and blockages to restore proper drainage. The work helps prevent water ingress issues, overflow risks, and long-term structural damage associated with blocked guttering.
