EV Charger Installation
Envo Facilities was commissioned to supply and install a set of Pod Point Solo 3 EV chargers at NHS Regent Point to support the site's transition toward more sustainable transport. The project included charger installation, commissioning, infrastructure setup, and ongoing site management services.

Our Approach
Installation & Supply
Envo Facilities supplied and installed 1 × Pod Point Solo 3 7kW (Model: S7-UP-3-RO), 2 × Pod Point Solo 3 7kW (Model: S7-UP-3), and 3 × Root-mounted EV charger pillars. All chargers were installed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring safe operation and compliance with BS 7671 EV charging regulations.
Commissioning
Commissioning was carried out to validate the Pod Point warranty, confirm correct electrical operation, and integrate systems into NHS Regent Point's existing infrastructure.
Site Management Service
A three-year site management package was provided to support ongoing operation, including monitoring, fault response, advisory support, and charger performance optimisation.
